The home, decorated with fine and rustic antiques, features soaring beamed cathedral ceilings (7 m), stone walls, warm wood finishes and a cosy fireplace. Enjoy the patios, a private basketball and tennis court, the 50 m² gated pool, and panoramic views of the Aegean Sea.
The majestic ~100 m² front terrace is the ideal place to relax after a day at the seaside, with exceptional light from sunrise to sunset. The 320 m² interior holds a very spacious 160 m² living and dining area that is fabulous for entertaining.
Lush gardens encompass the 3.5-acre property, full of nooks where kids can play hide-and-seek and grown-ups can find a quiet corner. The sea below is excellent for snorkelling and fishing, with sandy beaches and authentic fish tavernas a short walk away.
The villa sleeps 12 across five bedrooms and the loft. Extra beds and cots are available on request for an additional fee — just tell us your group size in your booking request and we'll confirm the arrangement and cost.

The area offers tranquillity while being close to Athens. A rocky beach lies right below the property, and two sandy beaches are a 10–15 minute walk away. Authentic tavernas serving fresh fish are a 5–10 minute stroll.
